Legal

DataVow is operated by AgileDone Tech LLC, Vienna, Virginia, United States.

The full text of each policy below is being prepared for publication. The summaries state what each one will cover and are accurate as of today, but they are not the agreement itself. For the current executed text, write to legal@agiledonetech.com.

Privacy policy

What DataVow collects from a customer environment, what it stores, where it stores it, how long it keeps it, and who inside a customer organisation can reach it.

  • The platform acts in a client system only through a connector the customer set up, for a step a person approved, such as an erasure.
  • Findings and evidence are held per tenant and isolated by organisation.
  • Data residency follows the jurisdiction configured for the organisation.

Terms of service

The agreement covering access to the platform, acceptable use, service commitments, fees and termination.

  • Access is granted per organisation and administered by that organisation.
  • Findings are analysis, not legal advice. They do not replace a regulator or an auditor.
  • Either party may terminate in line with the executed order form.

Security

How the platform is built and operated, and how to report a vulnerability.

  • Connections to customer systems use credentials the customer issues, limited to what each connector does.
  • Every finding is written to a hash-linked ledger, so tampering is detectable.
  • Report a vulnerability to security@agiledonetech.com. Reports are acknowledged before any public disclosure.
